On a whim I got a StrokeTrainer about 3 months ago and I have to say that using this tool hase been genuinely helpful.

I have noticed that on the days when I am regular with it (that is to say disciplined) that I tend to hit with a lot more precision and accuracy. This is especially true for the looooong shots.

I first grooved my stroke using the thing. Then started to learn what it felt like to hit the cue ball while using it. There was a real difference there.

Now I am striving for the same stroke/feel when I am playing and when I get it things are WONDERFUL. ;)
