Apparently our web server suffered a blip and we lost two or three days to deep space...
But we seem to be back now. I do not know if we can recover the last couple of days worth of posts, however.

Yeah, I'm especially bummed out, because one of the missing posts, was the post that had the results of the recent national poll that I won...the poll where I was voted >>> 'Smartest One Pocket Player In The World'.............:D

Yeah, we had to restore to the last back-up, so we lost two or three days of posts -- also 2-3 days of new members...

Thanks Steve... I wasn't sure if it was connected to the issue you had or if I am simply getting old and couldn't really remember if I had posted some things or just *thought* I had...

Hey Michael, all kidding aside......A few winters ago I visited a friend of mine for a coupla weeks that lives down in your neck of the woods. While I was there we did our pool/billiard playing at C.M. Lee's pool room over in Seminole, and I got to know C.M. a bit - nice guy/good all around player...Do you ever play in that room ? - And also, I heard a little while back C.M. was having some health problems, do you know if he's ok ?

Ghost,

I've known CM for probably 30 years or so, though never hung out with him. As you said he is a good guy and a solid all-games player. I've played at his place countless times, the last time being a nine ball tournament many years ago ( I ran 5 from the snap and lost a race to 7... go figger ). I grew up playing in Family Billiards in Clearwater which has been owned for going on 30 years now by a very good one-pocket player whom you may know, Eric ( Grady knows him very well ) Baker. It's @ 5 or 6 miles north of CM's place. I heard from Eric a while back CM was not doing top-notch but haven't heard anything since. If I find out anything, I will post here letting you know.
