An old Joss with a worn out Moori on it. with the taper extended to 14-1/2 inches and reduced to 12.25 mm(accidentally) I broke the shaft, glued it back together and had to spin it down. I liked it so much that When I made my next shaft, I turned it down the same.

19 oz and have to say Joss MADE the neatest taper on the butt - your right hand knows where it is in the cue by the thickness of the cue.

knicks, dings, and dirty shafts dont hurt a bit.

I use a schon with a water buffalo tip. Not that I change for one pocket. I can't think of any detail or feature that would be better for one pocket than for any other game outside three cushion, where I use an older Adams built for that game.
