Anyone have any results from the Glenn White memorial at Family Billiards in San Francisco. Heard there was 35 players for the annual one pocket tournment including Tony Chohan and Billy Palmer. Got to be some local people who went. I unfortunately went to San Jose State football on Sat. and the 49er game on Sunday so could not make it. Heard it was a great success as usual. 35 I think is a lot for one pocket.
p.s. I think the name is Gary, I get confused between Jerry and Gary and Miller and Smith etc etc lol

Suki, you can get on Gene Miller's weekly newsletter for Bay Area pool news. You can contact him at: lowleft@aol.com Send him your Email address and he'll put you on the list. Billy Palmer won the event. The usual suspects were present, but I don't recall who filled out the top 12.

By the way, how can you let football interfere with your cuesports activity? :D

I played in this event last year and had a wonderful time. Family is a small room but full of characters and very well run. I happened to be in town and saw a little flyer and had to play with a house cue. Good people made me feel real at home. Thanks Delbert.
