One Pocket in Beaumont/Port Arthur, TX?

Does anyone know where and if there is any one pocket to be played in Beaumont or Port Arthur, Texas? I am specifically interested in which rooms might be best.

I'll try to be at the Corner Pocket on Thursday around 7pm. When you get there, tell the owner that you're there to meet a guy from New York. That way, you'll know who I am if I'm there and how to get in touch with me if I'm not yet there.
