Thanks Sappo There is a idea have someone take a tap off you playing and then have someone go through your tap with you and show you what you did and what you could have or should have done. A person could learn a lot if theyhad some one doing that with them. And the would learn more in one off thier taps then someone could teach you in a month. Its abot you learning and seeing what you did to change it and understand why you should not shoot the shot you shot or played safe the incorrect way. Thier are a thousand things you could learn off ove your tape. If someone goes through it with you and teaches you.

Are we to assume that since those are the only copies available that you would hold the copyright to them? If so, maybe if we all chipped in, we could convert them to DVD and share them amongst us.

Just a idea. I would love to watch them, but I don't have that kind of money

I own them and there are no copyrights to them. There are in effect home movies that the owner didnt want any more and sold them to me. as far as getting a few guys together to buy them i think its a great idea. i just thought id give the onepocket.org members first shot at them before i list them on ebay. Sappo

I will offer this. Send me a sample tape, so I can evaluate the quality.

If you do that, and the quality is acceptable....I will foot the expense of converting them to DVD.

Then we can offer them to the forum member's, (or even on AZB) at a very reasonable price. There will be mailing and handling costs, but I don't think it will be undoable.

We won't get rich, but you should realize a lot more than your original asking price, if all goes well. It will still require some
coordination, and trust.

If the quality is acceptable, if you don't like my offer, I will just buy them, and go it on my own. Audio is not important..quality of the video IS.

That was a nice gesture and a reasonable offer. I appreciate you doing this, as it may allow many of us to be able to view these matches. I sure hope h e takes you up on your offer. If I had all the equipment I needed, I would do them for nothing. A person can buy some cheap equipment to convert VHS to DVD, but you get what you pay for in quality. I happen to like to get the best quality that you can. Someday, I'll get the equipment!!!
