This was just an idea, I"ll edit post , What I really wanted to do was have a get together for 1 p web so the younger players could mix with the Best!!Ronnie & Eddie ARE THE Great players of the game owesie's or not Here is a good one I had someone tell me, Ronnie asked a friend of his to let him have 500.00 , guy gave him 200.00 when I asked if R,A, payed $$ back he said ,Hell Ronnie said I still owe him 300.00!!! There is a guy on e-bay that made a pirated copy of the tape Alfie Taylor made of my Uncle Eddie. He put in on a DVD with Alfie's logo etc. Right now I have the highest bid in, just trying to hold him on e-bay until we can get him caught in the action. I can't believe how fast people can try to cash in on a famous person that was just layed to rest. It hurts me to see this happen ..

Mary, you brought up an old post that was definitely well before your uncle Eddie passed away. I can assure you, I would not tolerate anyone profiteering on the occasion of a legend's death here on OnePocket.org. BJ might not have a real articulate way with words in her writing style, but she is a genuine fan and friend of Eddie, who goes way way back with Eddie through her father, Brier Spivey (deep into the Johnston City years -- even if she doesn't want to admit it :) )

I believe the 'party' she was refering to was the special One Pocket Hall of Fame event held for Eddie in Shreveport back in April of this year, which was in the planning stage when these posts were written. BJ actually played a big role in helping that become a successful event for Eddie.
