Handicap Chart

A basic handicap chart has been added to the OnePocket.org site:
One Pocket Handicaps (http://onepocket.org/handicaps.htm)
(Located under the 'Playing the Game' drop down menu above)

At this point, it includes only the standard adjusments in ball count for handicaps -- not other variations like:
The break
Playing to different counts on alternate breaks
Hit and the pick
Scratches don't count

This may be covered n "The Rules" and most players already know this.
If playing "Short Count" (total adds up to less than 16) it is possible for the shooter to make their GAME BALL and simultaneously (on the same shot) make the opponent's GAME BALL.
In this case, the game always goes to the shooter.
