I can't see the shots on the WEI Table

I followed Jack's instructions, but I still cannot see the shots on the WEI Table. Here is what happens:

I highlight the text from start to end

I scroll to the top and click on "need to show a shot?"

The WEI Table appears

I click on the green "paste" rectangle

A gray box headed "Security Alert" appears with and asks "Do you want to provide the contents of your clipboard to this movie?(OK or Cancel)

I click OK.

The same Security Alert box reappears.

I click OK again.

Nothing happens. All I see is the WEI Table with all the balls still in the rack.



Can anyone explain what I may need to do differently? Thank you.

MattMatt -- you say you highlited the text string, but did you copy it? You need to copy it to your computer's clipboard (press Control and the letter 'c' at the same time to 'copy' your highlited text) , and then paste the highlited text using the paste button. The WEI table is great, but could use some more updated shortcuts! I cannot reach the WEI guy, BTW -- anyone have any ideas?

If you want to post a diagram of your own, then after you've set the diagram up the way you want, hit the copy button on the WEI page (which copies the text string to your own computer's clipboard), then -- when you have your curser located in a new post -- hit control and the letter 'v' at the same time to paste it into your post. (The control -- or Ctrl button on your keyboard -- 'c' and 'v' commands are pretty generic copy and paste commands useful anytime you're on the computer. See, look what you can learn here :)

Or you can right click after highlighting the WEI coded text. Should function the same as Control 'c'. (it does on my 'puter)

Me too Troy. When you right click the highlighted area a menu will appear. Click on copy, then do what you said you did. Good luck. It is a nice feature......................$Bill
