I guess your right it is too high but maybe someone will pay the price i'm asking. For some it's a price they will pay if they want the books bad enough, for others probably not. I really don't care one way or another, i've kept them this long and I don't have a problem keeping them another 18 years. I actually have about 20 mint books but I really don't mind selling three or four of them I felt that at one time I might get $1,000 a book if I waited long enough so that's my intention.
If you want one of each i'll make you a special deal with autograph:D and if I croak the'll be worth even more. Both books in mint condition with autograph $900 and i'll even ask Artie if he'll sign both books too. For $1,200 i'll get The Beard to sign also.:)
Respectfully,

Should anyone be alive ....
I can just see one copy appear on Antiques Roadshow (almost sounds like William, Artie, and Freddy driving around in a coupe) of the day ....
"Why, yes, this was copy number 1 " (do not forget to number 'em William .... an extra 'double' in the price) "... of 3 copies that were sold, as you can see on the holo-imager stage yonder, on Onepocket.org in late 2011 ... directly from the hands of Billy Incardona ..... ....... for the equivilent of 2.38 credits.
"This beauty is now valued at 4,800 credits and would be worth twice that if one of the signatories had not spilled all that ink on it ....."

Beg your pardon KOUD...But, wouldn't the Beard's signature "drastically" reduce the value of the book...
...Jes' sayin'...:lol :lol :lol...(Wouldn't that be kinda like Charles Manson's signature on the Pope's Bible ?)..

You're too tough to match up with, ok i'll sell you both books with Fred's signature for $400 a book. I promise you in the year 2025 they will be worth double that. Deal? Plus i'll get Fred to add his beat list ...with asterisks...:)

So you've come down to $800 for both huh ?...Why should I do that ? No doubt we will ALL have croaked by then, and my grandkids would probably sell them for $2 apiece, at one of their garage sales...:sorry No deal !.. ;)
So if an unknown brings his own wop and sms to derby, how many autographs do you think he could get?
