Anyone know how to get a hold of Allen Hopkins' and Billy Incardona's one pocket books?

Anyone know how to get a hold of Allen Hopkins' and Billy Incardona's one pocket books?They're not books, they're tapes. Last I knew, both were available from Accustats.

Well I just looked, and only found Incardona's at Accustats:
