Changing Pins in cues..?

I have a meucci That i would love to change the 5/16 8 to a radial pin would would be the best at this i would also like to had a leather wrap.. any suggestions aobut cues makes and prices thanks again and watch out for the luckybreaks..

Are you talking about changing the pin from 5/16 to radial in the meucci?? I know of a process that you can explain to any cuemaker if this is the case. A cuemaker in CA did the same process for my mentor's Palmer and his cue turned out pretty good. Keep in mind that the shaft will need to be changed also.

yeah i know the shaft is going to have to be changed im gonna get a predator partial why not just buy a knew custom cue my meucci has been threw allot.. might as well stick with it..

I actually know a guy named Jim that has done exactly what you are talking about. Not sure where he went though, but he has a radial pin Meucci with a Nick Varner taper shaft.

It's a sweet, sweet cue by the way.

If I happen to see him anytime soon I will ask him who did the conversion.
