Nevel wins the Southern Classic One Pocket

Larry Nevel topped the real good field of 47 players to win the Southern Classic One Pocket division last night. Shawn Putnam came in second.

The 8-ball is underway now, with another 55 or so players. These are pretty good turnouts for a brand new event!

Had a great time there ,saw some fantastic 1P ,shot making was superb and the after the tournment playwas something that should have made the tapes Some Excellent 1P Playing ,moves and shot that were worthy of being remembered and place in your own data bank, Was a pleasure to see some of the old timers :) Grady, Buddy & Wade Crane who by the way was playing "Pretty Good" Not to be forgotten, the Hospitality displayed by the Personel was "EXCELLENT" and the food was 4 Star Great Tournment wish I could have stayed for the Finish of all of it .
