Click on video to get sound and so forth. Pause it in the beginning before I do the shot if you want to do a wwyd. It has a pause on the 1st go around, but if you view it again the pause is not there.

In this shot I am slowing down the cb then speeding it up to get out of the kiss. The side pocket looms large with the ob in this position.

You can also set up this scenario and see how good you are at running this out. Have fun! Whitey

I re-did the previous video, so guys let me know if the video went through! Thanks!

I phone a guy to see if he could pull it up, and once again it did not come up for him. So let me know right away if it is not coming up so we do not get a lot viewers for nothing! thanks.

Whitey, Howdy;

Worked just fine now. "nuther one of those great shots
you keep coming up with.

When you mentioned using reverse English on the cue ball
were you meaning Right side? I ask as it looks like that is
what happened.

Man, that is a pretty shot.

I’ve played that shot a few times but you hit it way better than I ever did. Keep posting those great shots. I wish I could get back to Oregon so we can play again but on your big table this time.

I took some pictures of the lay out in case someone wanted to try their luck at running these balls out. I got up early this morning and tried it cold turkey while the balls were still undisturbed from the bank shot. I pocketed 8 of the balls, got out of line and ended up with cb by head rail but made a shot on the 8 and then two more balls but missed a cross corner bank! Ha! Ha! I videoed it but it took me 2 mins to run the 8 balls so that is to long for the video to go through.

But this bank shot is tricky because with the 3 ball position a ball width and a 1/4 below the first diamond then the side pocket looms large. There is also a huge kiss waiting as they come around but is not there when stroked properly. When the ob is at the 1st diamond or beyond then the shot is much easier for the cb goes past the side pocket.

Hank, yes, I used right hand english to stretch the shot because I contacted the rail before the side pocket. Looking forward to it Pilot!

Thanks guys for the compliments, I really appreciate it! I really enjoyed this shot and video, I guess because of the difficulty the precision it demands, and the 3 does not look like it will pass the 14, and also it is part of a OP scenario. Whitey

Hi Guys, I noticed that I accidently deleted this video, so I am posting another video of the same shot. It is not as well done but has the same results! I wish I knew how to make these videos permanent, but once I accidently delete them on my phone then they are gone! Any help on this?
