Old National Billiard News from 1973

In 1913 Dave Luby started the Bowlers Journal. From 1925 to 1993 it published as the National Bowlers Journal and Billiard Review. From 1993 to the present day it has been Bowlers Journal International. I was a subscriber for many years, about 1955 - 1975, but I don't recall ever seeing any billiard news in it.

Luby Publishing Co. - Dave, Mort and Mort Jr., all gone now. Any of you guys familiar with the BJ? Excellent slick magazine, well done, now well over one hundred years old. Comments?

Loved the pics, thanks! This was what it was like when Ray Abrams put on the 14.1 tournaments in his Livonia room, all the great would come. Thanks for the memories.
