one pocket league foramat and rules

hi, my name is Scott and i am looking to start either an individual or team onePocket league and am looking for some rules or available formats.

i was thinking even about having three person teams and playing a race to three each week between teams.

i am also looking for a handicap system and rankings so that all skill levels can participate equally.

any help or suggestions would help.
