Thank you for putting up all these different disciplines of billiards. Controlling both balls and the cb while falling within the criteria of each discipline is a brilliance in and of itself. It seems Caudron has captured the world title on most all of these disciplines, and currently the championships are not held.
In 14.1 a player could challenge the current world champion, if qualified. Possibly this is a solution.
But in 3 cushion, is the reason Caudron was doing the reverse english shots because he was faced against a safety position, so therefore he had to go to the reverse english shots? Or, is this just the best way to shoot these shots?
Also, these cushions sure carry a lot of spin from one cushion to the next. For instance shooting high reverse and carry spin across side and coming off the second cushion.
Players of these caliber most hate playing on a pool table! But 3c players have had quite good success in OP. I believe Artie knew 3c, and of course Harold Worst, Boston Shorty possibly Fitzgerald, and Efren for sure, and the list goes on I am sure. I can see where it would be a great advantage.
OP is a great game for imagination, and watching these guys sure opens your eyes to think out of the box. thanks, Whitey
