Doc says there is no way what has happened with shutting down states and such is inherently not Constitutional. Any unbiased attorneys from Berkeley want to weight in on this?

If you think you have to watch yourself in the clinches with pool players , wait till you get a couple of lawyers in a feeding frenzy.

I'm confused. What is unconstitutional about unfinished art made from tree trunks?

Meanwhile, state governors have general authority to issue public health orders including restrictions on movement and activity. I'm sure there are limits to that authority but I suspect courts would be very reluctant to define those limits.

That’s why it was asked that an unbiased attorney from Berkeley determine whether art from old tree trunks was legal or even affordable. Now the attorneys are involved, no one will be able to make heads from tails.

My bears are coming along. While cutting the grass this morning, an eagle flew right by me carrying a large salmon. He barely could get any height. Three bears and a salmon

Only in Bezerkly...I’ve spent a lot of time in Kensington and Berkeley and I always leave thinking how can such a beautiful setting be inhabited by a bunch of left-wingnuts.

its easy, the rednecks choose to live in the swamps and the red clay of the south. It just goes to show you that progressives are not such wing nuts after all.
