Anyone who does not do something off the three here, has not been playing one pocket long enough!

If there is room, I am banking the three into the four and sending whitey three rails down to my opponents pocket. If there is not enough room for that, I am banking it into the other two balls straight across with draw to keep the cue ball on the rail downtable.

I am feathering the seven and trying to get the cue ball downtable by the nine. I will leave a cross bank unless I cover it up with the seven, but needing six I have to give him a chance to make a mistake.

I like a two rail kick into the eight with some speed. If I miss it on the high side I will hit the seven with almost the same results.

Ian spends some time in NorCal with family and did live here for quite a while. Originally from the east coast, he is another pool player who turned to poker and ended up living in Vegas. I think all the $$ the poker players are slinging around the pool room has him playing quite a bit again. He told...

Ian is a very good player but you are not going to see his best game playing someone like Alex. When you are playing a champion (I have tried it a few times) and they outplay you in every facet of the game, they put you on tilt at some point. Who gets out of the break better than Alex, and even if you...

Pretty impressive, especially with the cue ball on the rail. I think the line up on the shot has to be perfect too. Like you said, everything has to be in sync to work.

Depends on how much I am stuck.I am banking the 9 at the 1, either loading up the cue ball inside to miss the 14 or outside if it looks like I can’t get by the 14 with the cue ball.

That is the shot Doc. Hit it firm enough to get a couple balls uptable or at least away from his hole so even if something goes wrong you are still in the game....

Bank the ten off the bottom of the five and mix the balls by your hole up while sending the cue ball to the end rail.

I heard Legends was a nice place. Too bad Bob O’hashi was not around to play. He and I have gambled quite a few times over the years. He is in his 70’s and still works off and on. He told me he would be at the Derby. I don’t know your speed and he is tough, but if you win, you win something, and...
