When I watch videos of the pros racking. Some of them just rack em up and others move the balls in some kind of order. Is there a preferred way to rack the balls for a One Pocket game?

Thanks. What if neither ball is frozen to the rail. Just the cue ball and object ball frozen away from the rail. What is the requirement for a good hit?

Can you just push the object ball a touch and drive the cue ball to the rail or do you have to hit another object ball and have that ball or the cue ball hit a rail?
