Email me a face picture, old or new doesn't matter,
and I will revise the flyer with the pictures on it. Send to jrhendy39@yahoo.com or text to 530-391-8316

I can pull some of the pics from this site or the internet but if you have one you prefer, send it. I also do not know the last names of some of the players. I will pm the ones I don't know.

You're doing a great job Mr. Henderson, I believe you will get hired on again next year, assuming we have great success this year, of course you'll have to take a small pay cut!!

Thanks John, this wouldn't have every got off the ground floor without you. You're really going beyond the call of duty, I'm sure all the players appreciate the contribution of your time and effort, I know I certainly am looking forward to meeting you and shaking your hand.

Cory, the guy on the bottom row, second from the right, looks like Bucktooth. Is he playing?:)

I talked to The Tooth today Doc and even had Mary Kenniston work on him, but he won't come.

We would have to bring our earmuffs if he did make it.:lol

Too bad. He's a genuine character-- one of a kind. A world champion woofer.

I remember one time in Reno at one of the Sands events, Tooth and Grady got into a semi-good-natured woofing match at opposite ends of a crowd. It lasted about 15 minutes, and had everyone in stitches. Obviously no game was produced.:D

Were you at that pool tournament held at the card room/casino over in Emeryville around 1996? Tooth shows up with an old one piece house cue that he claimed was the best cue he ever owned. He had a piece of scotch tape wrapped around the tip, which he showed to everyone, and said it was his "cue case".

He walked into the main tournament room, threw down $20K, and said, "Anyone want any of this? Let's play"! I couldn't believe he was that obvious with that kind of jack-- with him being by himself! Some guys are just so brash that nobody messes with them.;)

I did not make that tournament Doc but have seen him do that many times. At the Reno tournament he would throw out at least twice as much as the tournament winner was getting paid. He has some great stories and flashing the $$ has gotten him in trouble. He got robbed in his jewelry store and he and his wife both got tied up by the robbers.

He tells the story of how he used to hide his gambling $$ from his wife and one day he was going to polish some jewelry in the shop and started the buffing machine. The hundred dollar bills came flying out, shooting all over the place.

I met him in the mid sixties at the joints around Los Angeles. For all his mouth, he was a good player and maybe the second best one handed one pocket player after Ronnie Allen. I watched a few eight and outs when he played a guy named Fingers at 4th & Main in LA.
