I'd check out coming off the 10 into the 2 if the combo on the 12 is reasonable.
Or
I would skim off the 12 and carom off the 11 to get the cb to the side rail by the opponents hole. I want to take away a bank on the 11 and to have it muddle up the other balls near the foot rail.
Goal of course is to get behind the 7 with the cb, which could also be possible by coming off the top of the 4 and then carom off the 13. Whitey

looks like you may be able to bank the 10 cross corner at your hole and float the CB up to double him up near the head rail.

It looks like you can just hit the top of the 11 , if you could I would just hit it hard enough to block the 8 and stay close to the rail with the cueball. If I couldn't do that , I would just shoot into the 10 and snuggle into the top of the rack .

Put the 4 to the bottom rail and stick him in the stack. Not that hard of a decision. Keep it simple!!!

I'd like to roll the CB through the 12-11 goal posts in order to kick to his 7 ball.

If that shot is not available, I'd kick 2 rails out of his upper corner to come to rest on the mini-mitt by the foot spot (10-1?).

Have no idea what Scott did, but it's probably a doozie..

feels like the play off the 5 (even if you have to curve) to get to the low rail is the shot

Roll your ball.... Cue ball to long rail, drop cue ball behind 7.

If nothing else looked good down on the near end of the table, he could kick one rail to the gap between the 14 and the side rail -- if you hit somewhere in that gap you should move the 14 and drop down behind those other balls.

I'm thinking I might shoot the ten ball into the five and stick him in the stack. Just buying a chance at another turn.
