Default My newest One Pocket Video 7.25.19

As promised, here is a link to my You Tube video demonstrating
the frozen ball push through shot.

According to the rules I found in the official BCA rule book the shots
you will see in this video are perfectly legal.
See rule 3.22
Fouls by double hit:
"If the cue ball is touching the required object ball prior to the shot, the player may shoot towards it, providing that any normal stroke is employed."

https://youtu.be/lZiZguPILCA

I hope you enjoy this one. It was fun to produce. It was also interesting that Whitey happened to put up his video of a similar shot as I was producing mine. While playing a guest who came in from MD. over the weekend this situation surfaced.

Go figure.

Tom

This is very enlightening, Tom. I am wondering what the definition of 'the required object ball' might be. No doubt it is the 8 ball in this case, but that's a funny way to describe it.
