I like the idea, but it looks to me like that shot would also kick out the 3 ball. If it didn't, it's a good shot.

Itís the 7 but I agree Doc. I looked at that shot early on and that is the reason I discounted it.

I think the long lag bank of the 5 with the cue ball frozen to the foot rail, would make this bank, bank wide, to make sure of your cue ball. The cue ball would be on the other long rail, the banked 5 ball on the foot rail, this would allow the incoming shooter a natural two rail bank of the 13 to his pocket.

There are several opportunities for a safety or and aggressive shot. The first two are off the five ball. You can shoot the five ball with slow speed and nestle into the seven and eight balls respectively. This shot has already been mentioned. The other shot off the five ball is the double bank to your hole. You have to hit the five ball fat with middle left english and that will allow the five ball to make towards your hole without selling out the cueball.

Tony Chohan hits that type of shot extremely well.

Sorry I dont see anyone 2 railing that 5 which goes straight in

I think Tony,Alex,SVB,Danny all pocket that 5

I know its hard to relate to what those guys are capable of.

Corey may shoot the 1 off the 7 to play the clear out of the 7/8 while moving the 14 out. Multible balls moved to his side.
You know "just to see what happens".
