I always think of my single friends around the holidays. I spent 15 years or so single and found the holidays a little blue. A friend of mine put it in perspective for me. He said, "Yea, when you're single there are a couple of bad days every year--Thanksgiving and Christmas. But when you're married there are a lot of bad days every year."
