This is a nice, innovative format. Using 11 balls rather than 9 makes for a slightly better game. Hopefully it'll start a trend (e.g. at the DCC).

Typically it's the same as a 10-ball rack, with the 11th ball placed frozen to the 2nd and 3rd balls in the back row.
