One pocket spot

One pocket spot

Thanks Lou,

Just really scrambling - last minute stuff you know.

Francisco cannot make it - visa/passport issues.

Anyone wants in, call our office. Holly is best to contact - or call me and I can take care of it.

I think there is one qualifier left - and it is possible that spot could go to someone who has paid - so that could also open a spot.

Yo, Mark, just one last question:

Every year at the DCC there is a dress code advertised, but never enforced. You can always see guys playing matches with everything from ear buds in, to baseball caps, to T-shirts, to warm-up suits, etc.

I have noted that you have a dress code posted for the Open...

Now normally, I don't play pool in dress slacks. But, if I'm going to be so outfitted in Vegas, I would like to know that everyone else will be expected to abide by the same rules of appearance.

Udderwise, I'd just as soon play in jeans and a polo shirt.

What's it going to be? How strictly, if at all, will you enforce the dress code?

Dress code

Dress code

Lou,

We will be enforcing the dress code as it is written.
The pro events are a little bit higher standard than the amateurs.

We will also be going over the code in the players meeting.

Bill Stock is the chief of the 'dress police.

Looking forward to seeing you and the rest of the gang.

I will try to stop in for a drink before your dinner.

lol. If it's a "pro event" why am I entered in it?

Just a tad more seriously: I see no distinction between this event and many others: clearly, it's a mix of pros and amateurs. And it is, after all, labeled an "Open" event, so I doubt you can legitimately call it pro.

Looking forward to seeing you too.
