No 3 foul rule at DCC???

Some people were telling me 3 foul rule, others were telling me no 3 foul rule. So I asked Ric Jones. Ric Jones is the owner of BadBoys, and they run the DCC tournament. So I asked Ric, and he told me no 3 foul rule. You'd think the guy running the thing would have the correct info, but no... Oh well. Sorry about that!

It's Railbirds, not Bluebirds, even though our bird is blue :)
