I will beat a nine ball player when he plays a nine ball game of one pocket. He may get his shots in, but after I dink him around for a half an hour, he has no stroke left. Its different when a nine ball player learns patients, then it's old age and guile over youthful exuberance.:sorry

Been there, done that.

I asked once before on a similar thread (got no response) what do you guys think: Who wins between a great boxer and a great wrestler? The analogy is pretty similar.

As in pool, it'll be the guy that adjusts his style, to take advantage of what's weakest in his opponent. :)

seems to me nowadays its the offence that wins
what do you think????
stated in another way can the chicago squeeze work in the modern era???

.....I've always heard the best "D"...is a strong "O".....maybe they (players of yore).....were all wrong...so, I figure you can bump the rails all you want....but if sooner or later.....you don't make a ball you can't win....
