Yep that's me, with my rain coat on. Boy was it coming down early morning the next day when we left at 6 am SHARP. Not all got out of Houston that day, some locals were not able to make it home. It was a rain that made all the man hole covers hiss and shoot streams of water 3' high or more thru the holes in the covers, quite a sight, especially with Rousey and the boys as we foraged our way to Hobby airport thru residential areas. At 6:30 in the AM we had to do one turn around don't drown at our first off ramp. Four lane freeways were down to 2 lanes in many spots due to water filling up any shoulders that were not overpasses, what a morning on and off the fwy.
