I am going to save my Strawberry stories and tell them when it counts, at the One Pocket HOF dinner at DCC, when Straw gets inducted posthumously.

It was national

To our surprise, Strawberry's obit was in our Columbia,SC newspaper. So I assume it ran nationally.

Someone told me they saw it in a Charlotte NC paper, too -- and I also heard it was in a Tampa FL paper...

Yes, apparently UPI picked it up. It also made the Chicago Tribune, LA Times and Achorage Daily News -- now that's big :)
