I would probably try to kick cross corner long at the far top left pocket. Basically try to get him straight in on the 7 or a flat enough angle that he can only get 1 ball from it.
This is what I like too. Simple and hope he shoots the 7

That's what I was thinking, and if you get him on rail, he might still leave the seven right where it is and kick you right back to the same location and will probably be able to get the five and a rail and not even foul back, so..

The cb is not frozen to rail, but appears frozen to the 5, so just get a legal hit and tap the cb to the rail. I know it is boring, but he's got you with the ball by his hole. Whitey

Thanks everyone. I had hoped, leaving the 7, they shoot it in then put me right back where I am and I play the 4-1 and send them both to my hole.

OK, I'll play along, you get it out a little with a tap, they tap back, you have now been freed from the 5. Now what?

Long rail miss the 4, head rail, long rail just above the side, should go close to the 13.

Of course in this drawing I hit it about perfect lol. Maybe I even nibbled the 13 so it wasn't a foul

I like taking an intentional and putting him straight in on the long rail on his side of the table near the upper corner pocker
