Default You need one in the bottom right

I realized after a few replies already were posted that I had the score wrong on the other post, but thought Id post a separate thread instead of confusing the people who might post after I corrected the score.

I'd be conservative and protect the lead by making the 6 and leaving whitey down the rail where he couldn't chance a bank on the 11

What I wouldn't shoot: I deem from the photo layout that the 6-ball appears to be in a position where the closest point of the side pocket to the 6-ball interferes with either banking it across table to the area of the three ball cluster while bringing the cue ball down table or pocketing it in the side pocket while bringing the cue ball down table.

What I would shoot: Therefore, I would choose to follow the cue ball slightly into the left side of the 11-ball while pushing the 14-ball as much as possible past the side pocket. By slightly following into the left side of the 11-ball, I would attempt to freeze onto or very near to the left side of the 10-ball to prevent it from being banked by my opponent to his pocket.

Reason for what I shot: I could go into the 11-ball and play a cat-and-mouse game with my opponent or I could attempt to reposition balls that could benefit me in subsequent innings to winning the game. Therefore my reasoning in moving the 14-ball as far past the side pocket with the 11-ball and not leaving a bankable 10-ball is as follows: I would be moving the two of three ball cluster into a position whereby the 14-ball could be available as a three rail bank while the 10-ball and 11-ball would be the blockers. Naturally, this shot would only be available depending on how my opponent would play his subsequent shots and my response to them.

similar to J.R. but i might get the 14 down to the short rail for a bank for me later.
and save the 6 if needed to pocket it to get out of a spot.

The other thread got crazy so...here was my solution.

Since we are getting crazy...

Hit the 11 off of the 14 then carom off the 10 and one rails to my hole while the 10 goes 2 rails to my hole and the 14 goes 3 rails to my hole. medium hard speed. lmao

Line the cue ball up center to center with the 11 ball and hit a stop shot just sweet enough for the 14 to land on or near the head of the table.

I am never moving that 6 unless I am banking it in my hole because my opponent left me a shot on it.
