I just copied the file to my computer and used paint to draw the lines.
As far as the shot goes--- I usually play the rock only in the spot..... kicking the ball on the thin side. It could come out really bad if hit thick.

I like this shot with right bottom. Nothing fancy, just clear his ball. Trying to protect that ball on my side of the table could get me in trouble. If he can bank it from there then he made a good shot. I suspect a good player would play off it and get the cue ball into the stack.With nothing near his hole I think I can get out of that. P.S. Does SJD gets at quess at this?

PS..Dennis, wasn't that tournament called "Legend's"...not "World"..? I know it was one of Grady's, and I think he named all of his tourneys, "Legends of One Pocket"..

My shot selection is not a bad one for a guy looking to get some weight. (either that or I had too much egg nog) Your shot shows too much speed and will scare many away. rods shot is easier to execute
ghosts gets the 5 closer to the hole
but leaves a clear shot to take out the 2 balls even tho there is distance

I'm not THAT agressive (nor suicidal)...
The balls were coming off the rails, like a mexican jumping bean...and they were actually "clammy"...It's very humid in South La, and we were almost playing outdoors...You had to be there...Your patented 2-3 rail reverse english kick shots, were unplayable...(even for you)..

PS, Maybe Papie's shot was that he kicked the 5 off of the bottom rail similar to 'stallin' Frank's' shot
except Papie did it with offensive intent - kicking it into the stack to carom something into his hole, with the cueball coming off of the bottom rail and up towards the side pocket.
