We tried a little One Ball One Pocket, how about moving up to three balls? First team to score two wins. If we make the game "one and stop" even SJD isn't barred...

Who is interested?

Okay, I'm game. I'll try this conservative break: ~Doc

I don't think you rack them that way Doc. Whenever I played we racked them in a diamond. On some equipment you could four rail a ball to your pocket.

I saw New York Blackie give Peter Gunn the break in this game and Peter won the set on the break.

John, I racked them this way, simply to create a situation more like something that comes up regularly at the end of regular games -- three balls in a triangle doesn't come up but once in hundred years -- or more :)

I'm in this game -- and Doc is, obviously. Anyone else?

Guess I'll shoot next... I think you left me an angle where I can still draw back a little.

Who would like to shoot for pocket "A"? Rod? Ghost? Step right up. Do y'all like the bank on the 1-ball?

If you're my partner, we have pocket "B" and it is the other guy's shot. But you would be up after they shoot. I can draw your shot if you can come up with it -- or I can just help make it appear correctly if you give it a go on the wei table yourself. But first we have to wait for Doc or Fanny to shoot. Then we will have to move "all balls to end" to set up what they left us.

Artie, I always liked to have a "shooter" for a partner, since I considered myself a "mover". But this is the wei -- I shoot okay on these and I know you do too :)

Rod,

I think Fanny was pocket "A" when that layout came up. Nice cuestick elevation though.

Geez, its even tougher to remember which pocket is yours at wei than on a real table -- but I think I had it right this time, and Rod got confused. But he is forgiven since he wasn't on the official line-up card. But if Doc and Fanny like Rod's shot, I think Artie and I can handle things from here :)

Correct me if I'm wrong. Steve and Artie are playing Doc and Fannie. D & F have pocket 'A' and it's Doc's shot.

It's Doc's shot to pocket 'A' from the position below. Your partner Steve played this safety after Fanny left him on the 2 ball.

Actually from this position. I moved the balls to their endpoints. Doc's shot at pocket 'A'.
