I'm surprised there have not been any posts to answer you yet, but maybe all the players are in Las Vegas. I am in No. California, but have never had a problem finding a one pocket game in Portland or Seattle when I happened to go through the Northwest. Of course I never have a hard time finding a game anywhere (wonder why?) I was visiting my son in Boise a couple weeks ago and had a $50 game after 5 minutes in a strange pool room. There are plenty of players up there who gamble at several different rooms. I can remember playing Glenn Atwell at Sam's Billiards somewhere around Portland a few years back on nice old Gold Crowns with two 60 watt light bulbs for lighting. I would have gotten beat on any equipment, but it was a good excuse. Hard Times in Sacramento, Ca has their annual One Pocket tournament on June 12 that draws some top players since it falls the weekend after the Reno tounament. Ike Runnels usually shows up (I think you are from Chicago?). I will be there & will play some $50/$100 one pocket, but there is a long line to play me when I show up.
