Efren settled down and got to the hill 9-8, where he held his break after making a three ball combo bank that nobody knows if it was intentional or not.

That combo was for sure not intentional. Efren even said he was aiming at the 15 ball that was on the rail, after the set.

Did Thorpe play much better the second day or did Efren show fatigue?

Not much difference. Thorpe missed two fewer easy shots and Efren missed one more of them. Several games could have gone either way.

After a big lead for Billy in ball count 6-1 in game #1 Efren does some great moving to comeback and steal the 1st game.

I learn something every time Jeremy is in the booth, the knowledge for the game he has and his ability to convey that into words is amazing, best commentator in the business imo.

So glad to see Match Room has hired Double J to do commentary for them at their events, looking forward to hearing him at World Cup of Pool later this month
