be interesting to see how he got himself there....

i'll take a stab at it....

kick that stripe on the bottom rail up table and leave the cue ball sewn close to the bottom rail.

I might hit the left side of the 6 with extreme left english, spinning the 6 towards my pocket and repositioning the cue ball near the top left pocket.

I would take a good look at shooting off the 2 ball and either try to position the cue ball near or frozen to the 4 ball, or shoot off the 2 ball and drop under the 13 ball. These options will put Cook on defense and possibly create a strong position for the shooter, all along with protecting the lead.
