As I was....

....listenin to some quiet jazz and getting mellow your book arrived and I started reading and couldnt put it down.Like your bad self its so nice to still be alive and ahead after all those decades of running with the wind 24/7 and to relive my youth through your litery[sp] efforts just made my day Beard.Must be lots of energy comin your way from around the country just now and after what you've been through, you deserve it.Cheers,James

As quoted from AZB:

SloMoHolic said:
I received mine yesterday. I was lucky enough to open the (huge) book to one of the Bensinger's page(s).

"Cut thin to win."

The first thing I saw in your book was you sleeping next to the snooker table.

:)

Thanks Freddy.

Of all my pool books, cues, tables, racks, whatever...

This is, by far, my favorite piece of pool equipment.

Thanks buddy, I can't wait to read this damn thing 18 times in a row.

-Blake

I've already read about so many bite marks the guy needed a doctor, and:

"I like you, boy. But I'll put a rattlesnake in your pocket and ask you for a match."

I can't imagine what I'll read over the next few weeks.

If I woke up in the middle of the night, and my house was on fire, I'd grab my dog, my cues, my cash, and this book, before I ran outside screaming.

Thanks again, Freddy.

Bank on, brother!

Great Job

Great Job

Nice work Freddy. A six-railer that went, if there is such a thing. Nice layout, terrific pictures. Very well done.

Nice Pics Freddy.
I've met them all except Hubert and Lori. Knew 10 of them quite well.
Brings back a lot of memories.
Good Job and Good Luck.
Rod.

Finally found the right printer/publisher. The right price AND I will be able to afford large size 8.5 x 11 hard-covers! Unbelievable. The book is really made to read in a large format.
