I think they parachuted a squad of Kardashians into Vegas to try to blow Odom back into fighting form. He chose a very expensive motel to make his stand. Should have added a good sports medicine doctor to his traveling staff.

Update: It seems to be working. He is reputed to be awake and talking. Could be a side effect of the treatments. Not sure how they'll be able to say with certainty whether or not there is brain damage.
