I thought that was Dr. Bill in the blue shirt. The faces aren't well lit, so I could be wrong.

Buddy just pulled one of my classic moves, playing a carom from ahead 7 to -1, hitting it bad, and selling out. Buddy up 7 to 6 now. He has two games.

Update: That's clearly Billy I that is playing Buddy. Or Billy's evil twin.
