Hey fellow 1P players.

Heres one for the masses.

If you play in a tight cirle of 1P players and you notice that you play Player A 9-7 w/break (that is fair) and that same Player A plays Player B even (this is fair). When you play Player B why is it that you play him staight and beat him but cant beat Player A who is giving you 9-7.?????????

In my interviews with old-time players I have heard this same kind of thing several times -- now and then somebody's "got your number". It might have to do with the style of their play, or even pace of their play.

Say for example, If one of those players likes to constantly push balls up table (not just with a big lead, but right out of the opening break), that can bother a more impatient style player, and probably get them taking shots they shouldn't take :)
