Bought a couple of Grady's tapes from "poolvideo.com" a few days ago. I called in the order on a Sat. night and had the tapes by Wed.--no 4 to 6 weeks for delivery!!! When I opened the box one of the tapes had broken pieces in it and could not be used. I thought, here we go again with a big hassle. Called the company and left a message. The next day I got a return call and spoke to Roger Howerton who originally took the order. I explained the situation and was waiting for the 3rd degree but it never came! "No problem" said Roger, I'll put another in the mail right away. Got the tape today!
