The Cue & Cushion in Houston hosted the One Pocket Hall of Fame local event honoring the induction of Jersey Red. Reports are Jimmy 'Flyboy' Spears did a great job hosting; Grady of course did a fantastic job as MC, and Jeremy Jones was one of the players that took the floor to talk about Red's influence in shaping his develpment as a player. Dottie Breit accepted Red's plaque.

This event, and the one for Eddie Taylor last Saturday, and the one for Boston Shorty coming up the 28th in Boston are part of Grady Mathews Hall of Fame trip around the country. He's in CA now, where he is scheduled for some appearances.
I'd also like to thank Jake Dyer for his extra effort at getting the word out -- including coverage in the Houston Press.
