How about a GIANT pocket with the one ball sitting on the bottom, you'll only need to be charged for one color. Put that on the front or back of the shirt. If it's a two sided print shirt. Have the pocket on one side and the one on the other, or some variation. I'd probably put the one ball on the front of the shirt and an empty pocket on the back....''self explanatory''.

I don't think it's possible to do better than Strawberry's phrase, and I think as long as you attribute it to him, you're OK legally:
