I take it he banked the one with high inside and went three rails to the three ball. Not too many other things to do here other that just duck, in which there many ways to do that.
Oops, now I see what appears to be a three way combo bank involving the two, eight and six ball.
P.S. I wouldn't play the bank on the one and bring the cue ball three rails if there was no proctection for the three ball to be banked in case the one was not pocketed.

i knock the solid ball by the side pocket away from his side and put it near the first diamond on the lower left side so i can bank it and bring the cue ball over in case he leaves me by my hole in the next few shots. and the three which is a key ball stays covered. this gets three balls in play for me and none for him, and he has to play a shot that can leave me something.

Note the alignment of the 13/7 in these various frames. I bring it up only because Cowboy Dave initially thought of banking the 3 to two-rail the 7 (YEE-HA) [cue ball? Who cares about the stinkin' cue ball]. Then the second frame showed it might not clear the 8(?). Then subsequent frames showed it might not stay out of the corner!
I only bring it up as it is interesting what light bent through glass lenses brings to the reality of a shot and the perception of proper execution.
