US Open one-pocket

Is there going to be a US Open one pocket and bank tournament this year?
I know the Qlympics was a bust but a US Open one pocket and bank tournament that lasts 3 or 4 days would be a great event.

I doubt very much that they'll have a U.S. Open 1P this year. My guess is that the Qlympics bust has caused them to re-think the locale and timing, if not the event itself. They may wait to see how the DCC turns out at Caesar's in January. Perhaps then they'll make a decision about a summer event attached to the league tournaments.
